Delete in the app
Sign in to Buny, open Your kitchen → Delete my account, then confirm. The app requests removal of your account, posts, comments, profile photos and videos, reactions, follows and related activity. The action cannot be undone after it succeeds. If the request fails, retry or email support.
Delete without access to the app
Email support@quantaraai.ae from the address linked to your Buny account with the subject Delete my Buny account. State that you want the account and associated data deleted. If you cannot use that address, explain the issue so we can verify ownership another way. Do not email your password or identity documents unless our support team gives you a secure, necessary method. We will verify the request and process it; we will contact you if more information is needed.
What deletion covers
The app deletion process removes your account and associated Buny posts, videos, comments, profile media and activity when completed successfully. Copies other people saved outside the app, legally required records, provider backups and incomplete or orphaned uploads may need separate handling. Tell support if you believe data remains visible after deletion. You may also ask to remove a particular post without deleting your account.
